Yuliya Aleksandrova

Yuliya Aleksandrova is an artist by nature, even though graduated from the Pedagogical University in Ukraine (English/German), life constantly calls her for music, painting, and beauty. Yuliya moved to Lebanon in 2006.

Being far from her native country, she started to give private piano lessons and performed piano solo at 5-star hotels in Beirut (“Le Grey”, “ Lancaster”, “Radisson”), she also painted pieces, describing the most bright moments of internationally significant events ( pandemic, end of the pandemic, etc.). The hereditary skills came after her grandfather, who was an artist in Ukraine and painted for a living, and after the 2nd world War, when he lost his right hand, he started to paint with his left one.

Painting and music helped Yuliya to distance herself from nostalgia for one’s country. But that wasn’t enough. With the desire to make the world more beautiful and women as well, she opened a beauty salon, where successfully working till now. Yuliya loves Lebanon a lot, that's why some of her paintings are dedicated to Beirut life, one of them is “Circus Boy”, reveling the nightlife in Lebanon.
