Thank you for shopping at Kulturnest. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Kulturnest is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Kulturnest is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
