يمشي الكثير على شط حياتنا لكن القليل من يترك له الاثر - جبران خليل جبران
خط كوفي مربع
According to the exhibition's curator Dr. Pamela Chrabieh:
"This artwork reflects the sentiment that while many may walk along the shores of our lives, only a few leave a lasting impact. The geometric precision of Kufic calligraphy juxtaposed with the fluidity of life through the silver paper used by the artist highlights the contrast between permanence and transience in urban environments. It speaks to how cities, like lives, are marked by the footprints of those who pass through, leaving behind echoes that resonate long after they’re gone."
n.b. the artworl's title in English was given by the curator.
