As an artist and storyteller, the idea behind these three bag designs began with a simple but striking observation. In Lebanon, most bags I saw were muted — matte tones, understated, elegant, yet missing the vibrant, free-spirited energy that boho style embodies.
One summer day at the beach, I noticed how people’s bags almost disappeared into the sand — plain, neutral, nearly identical. That’s when the spark came: why not introduce something different?
I imagined bags that carry more than belongings — bags that radiate joy, individuality, and wanderlust. By weaving in bold colours, playful patterns, and boho details, I wanted to break away from monotony and create pieces that feel both fresh and effortlessly chic.
That beachside moment became the seed of this collection: a celebration of colour, design, and the art of standing out beautifully.

About Marie Bassil
Marie Bassil, born in 1974 in Byblos, Lebanon, comes from a creative background in television and production. A Lebanese artist, she draws inspiration from within, allowing her emotions and experiences to shape her work.
Her journey into painting began in 2011 when she discovered her passion for art. She started taking painting classes with Lebanese artist D.C. Soraya Obeid, which marked the beginning of her artistic exploration. Since then, Bassil has nurtured her craft, carrying her love for painting wherever she goes. She remains dedicated to her artistic growth, consistently participating in workshops with fellow artists to refine her skills and expand her creative horizons.
