Rita Ayoub is engaged in interreligious dialogue through her work as a teacher of Islam-Christian dialogue at Saint Joseph University (USJ). In parallel, she has been practicing and training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) for over twelve years at various levels, believing in its power to transform conflicts into bridges of understanding.
She worked in displaced regions on post-war projects, accompanying multi-faith communities as they rebuilt their bonds after bloody internal conflicts.
She holds a profound conviction: humanity can transcend violence through serene and creative expressions—one of which is art. This belief led her to the world of resin art, where each object she creates is a tribute to diversity. Blending resin with elements of nature that she admires and contemplates, vibrant pigments, and mixed techniques, she crafts unique pieces that echo the harmony she seeks in human connection—where nature, colors, textures, and stories intertwine.
