Every gilet features its own distinct pocket, crafted from repurposed materials and hiding a stitched message within — a small, personal treasure that speaks to authenticity, uniqueness, and alignment. No two pockets, colors, or compositions are ever the same, gently echoing the individuality each of us carries.

About Ikoia by Patricia Roukoz
The project began as a collaboration between Patricia Roukoz, a psychologist and interior designer, and her mother Zeina Roukoz, a fashion designer and artist, a meeting of minds and disciplines that gave shape to a shared vision. Together, they wove their skills into a concept that holds space for authenticity, creativity, professional craftsmanship, conscious living, and awareness education.
Born from scraps and stories, the project transforms disposable fabric into one-of-a-kind pieces that invite self-expression and reflection. Rooted in slow, mindful making, each creation is made to carry meaning, and always, a pocket with a message.

Through upcycled pockets and thoughtful details, the brand crafts unique pieces that hold space for the wearer’s voice, message, and story.
Merging collective awareness with artistic creation, the process behind each piece honours truth, growth, love, conscious living, authenticity, and above all, uniqueness. Every item is designed to act as a mirror, gently reflecting these values within the individual. It serves as a reminder that everything needed is already inside, a quiet nudge to realign with one’s purpose and reconnect with the most authentic self.
Looking ahead, the brand’s vision extends beyond clothing. It aspires to fund personal therapy for individuals who need support but cannot afford it, and to grow into a platform that fosters self-growth, healing, and meaningful causes through creativity and care.
