Positioned at the edge where the sea meets the Corniche, the balloon seller stands at a literal and symbolic threshold. In his hand, he carries childhood itself: an accumulation of bright balloons that nearly conceal his body, as if he were dissolving into what he holds. He becomes a figure suspended between reality and dream, presence and disappearance. The scene feels almost weightless, as though he belongs as much to the air as to the ground beneath him. In this liminal space, the everyday slips into the poetic, and the visible edges toward the intangible.

Dimensions before framing: A3.
