Freeform Flow Thursdays at Kulturnest with Elias Salamoun
Movement, Expression, and Release
Starting May 29, 2025, Kulturnest invites you to unwind and reconnect with your body and breath through "Freeform Flow", a weekly 75-minute open-level gathering led by Elias Salamoun, where movement becomes medicine. Join us from 6:30 to 7:45 PM in our urban garden at Sin-el-Fil.
This isn’t just a yoga class; it’s a dynamic experience that shifts with the energy in the room, from wild expression to deep, soothing release.

Each session invites you to:
* Let Go – Shake off mental chatter and reconnect with your body.
* Tune In – Move from your core, feeling each breath, beat, and impulse.
* Express Freely – Flow to the rhythm of your inner world, guided by curated soundscapes.
* Find Your Edge – Explore movement that feels authentic and nourishing to you.
* Ground and Expand – Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
Regardless of age, shape, or experience, rediscover your body's wisdom. Freeform Flow is your space to unfold, release, and simply be, whether you seek fierce expression or quiet surrender.

Meet Elias
Elias Salamoun first turned to yoga during a deeply challenging period in his life. At the time, he was balancing the demands of his family's traditional leathercraft business while facing personal struggles. Yoga became more than just a physical practice; it was a doorway to healing and self-discovery.
In 2018, Elias completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, followed by a 100-hour Trauma-Sensitive Kids Yoga certification. His approach today is deeply intuitive and inclusive, drawing from his lived experience to guide others on their path to balance and inner power.
