Call for Participation - Kulturnest Christmas Market “Art Under $100” 4th Edition

This December, Kulturnest’s Christmas Market returns for a fourth edition as a house and winter garden filled with creative voices.

For two days, our space will become a curated landscape of art, objects, archival pieces, stories, and unexpected gifts. We are inviting creatives whose work brings something distinct to the mix.

The idea remains simple: original work, made with intention, accessible at less than $100.

What we are looking for

Handmade, unique and/or limited-edition pieces only.

We welcome applications across different creative disciplines, including:

• Small artworks, prints, postcards, zines, illustrations, calendars and paper goods

• Handmade jewelry, clothing, bags and accessories

• Home objects, ceramics, candles, décor and curious objects

• Slow fashion and upcycled creations

• Books, poetry, independent publications and creative stationery

• Children’s creative objects, games, activity kits and ornaments

• Artisan body and ritual products

• Design-led culinary creations and beautifully packaged edible gifts

• On-the-spot personalized creations

• Works combining digital and physical experiences

• Creative experiences and gift vouchers

Different materials, practices and ideas are encouraged. What matters is originality, quality and a strong point of view.

All items offered for sale must be priced at less than $100!

How the selection works

Kulturnest curates the market as a collective experience, aiming for variety rather than repetition and giving each participant room to be seen.

Applications will be reviewed based on:

Originality · Quality and finish · Presentation · Distinctiveness · Suitability for the overall market

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee participation.

How to apply

Send the following by WhatsApp to +961 3 008 245:

• Your name / brand name and a short biography

• Your Instagram, social media or website link

• Up to 5 images representative of the work you would like to present

• Your logo, if available

• Your preferred space, if you have one

Application deadline: October 31, 2026.

Selected participants will be contacted directly by Kulturnest via WhatsApp.

Participation spaces & fees

INDOORS

Main Room — $300 SOLD OUT
For one participant or several participants sharing the space.

Alice Nest — $150
For one participant.

GARDEN — COVERED & HEATED

$125 per space 
Includes 2 tables of 70 × 70 cm each.

Spaces are limited, and final placement will be determined by Kulturnest according to the overall curation of the market.

Payment

Once participation has been approved via WhatsApp, the participation fee can be settled through either of the following:

• Cash at Kulturnest on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Whish Wallet to 03 008 245 - please add 1% to the participation fee to cover withdrawal charges

Sales & participant responsibility

Kulturnest takes no commission on sales.

Each participant is responsible for their merchandise, display, pricing, sales transactions, and supervision of their assigned space throughout the market.

Kulturnest will promote the event through its communication channels, and participants are encouraged to share the market with their own communities.

This Christmas, give something with a person behind it.
