Call for Participation | EcoArt Market at Kulturnest

Kulturnest invites artists, designers, makers, upcyclers, creative enterprises, collectors, and conscious declutterers to apply for its EcoArt Market, a one-day curated garden art market dedicated to sustainable creativity, second-life objects, upcycled creations, pre-loved art materials, handmade pieces, design items, vintage finds, books, small artworks, and creative treasures.

Taking place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 11 AM to 9 PM, EcoArt Market brings together the spirit of Kulturnest’s previous EcoArt Markets and Artsy Garage Sales Pop-Ups under one stronger concept: a circular art market where objects are not simply sold, but reimagined, revalued, and passed on with stories.

This is not a typical bazaar or flea market. It is a curated experience for people who believe that creativity can reduce waste, that beautiful objects deserve a second life, and that sustainability can be artistic, accessible, and full of personality.

Participation Details

Date: Saturday, September 26, 2026
Time: 11 AM to 9 PM
Location: Kulturnest, Sin-el-Fil, Lebanon
Participation fee: USD 50 per 70 × 70 cm table in the garden (Kulturnest does not take a commission on sales)
Spaces: Limited and subject to selection
Application deadline: August 15, 2026

Participation is confirmed only after selection and payment & agreement signing. The participation fee is non-refundable and contributes to organizational, logistical, and promotional costs.

How to Apply

To apply, send us the following by WhatsApp on +9613008245 (Dr. Pamela Chrabieh, Kulturnest co-founder & CEO) before August 15, 2026:

  • Your full name and/or brand name
  • A black-and-white profile picture, square format
  • A short biography or brand description
  • Your Instagram or Facebook account link
  • Images showing a selection of your work or the items you would like to display - high resolution, square format
  • A short description of your concept
  • The number of tables requested

Selected participants will be contacted to confirm availability, payment, and setup details.
